Our History
Careful Diagnostic Centre began its journey in 2008 at Rabindranagar, Midnapore, with Pathology, X-Ray and ECG services. From the very beginning, our focus has been on providing reliable diagnostic services with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, timely reporting and patient care.
In 2017, the centre entered a new phase of expansion with the introduction of Polyclinic, Ultrasonography (USG) and Echocardiography services. Over the years, our diagnostic capabilities continued to grow with the addition of NCV, EMG, EEG, TMT, Holter Monitoring, ABPM and Event Loop Recorder (ELR).
Our cardiac diagnostic facilities have been further strengthened with a dedicated high-end Echocardiography system, supporting advanced cardiac diagnostic services throughout the week under experienced professionals.
The Pathology Department has also undergone continuous technological upgradation. Dedicated equipment has been introduced for specific investigations, including Fully Automated Biochemistry Analyzer, Automated Cell Counter, Electrolyte Analyzer, Urine Analyzer, Nephelometry System, CLIA Analyzer, Coagulation Analyzer and Automated ESR System.
Our imaging facilities have progressed from CR X-Ray to advanced DR Digital X-Ray, along with Digital OPG, Dental X-Ray and Occlusal X-Ray facilities.
Along with medical technology, we have transitioned from manual operations to a software-based reporting and billing system. The centre is also covered under CCTV surveillance to support safety, security and operational monitoring.
From a modest beginning in 2008 to a continuously evolving multi-service diagnostic centre, our journey has been guided by one principle — to provide quality reports, timely delivery and continuous technological upgradation while maintaining the trust of our patients and medical professionals.
